AFFILIATE:

To create a complete uniform network we invite those name holders not affiliated with Route-Specific.com to join our network (see homepage inset maps). The affiliate program allows the route name owner to profit from their names inclusion in the network while we manage and operate the site (see: FRANCHISE and PARTNER) Eligibility:

1) All Interstate names must be expressed as www.I-_____.com
2) All US-Highway names must be expressed as www.US-_____.com
3) To insure continuity we require a 5 year fixed rate contract and a favored buyer status should you sell your domain (domain cannot be sold to another party during the tenure of the contract without breaching our contract.)
4) Route names will be used as re-directs to Route-Specific.com until we decide to build a route site for your route.
5) All prior ad deals/agreements/contracts etc. are to be terminated and nullified; any such outstanding contracts not nullified upon discovery will be grounds for Route-Specific.com to terminate our contract with you.
6) Inclusion in our network entitles the name owner to a copy written Route-Specific template once we decide a site is necessary for your route. Use of our template will be deducted from your sites net revenue at 2% annually.
7) Under contract route name owners/affiliates will be eligible for 52% of all advertising revenue from their site; 48% to Route Specific.com from net route revenues for operating costs (minus template licensing fee =50/50 split RS and owner).
